Scallywag IPA
Scallywag is a West Coast Style IPA, rich with fruit and tropical hop flavors that finishes with an aromatic bouquet of hops. Hopped with Mosaic and Citra hops at the end of the boil then Dry hopped in the tank, Scallywag delivers rich citrus and tropical notes of grapefruit, papaya, and tangerine then finishes with more citrus and tropical notes of orange and melon from the dry hop addition in the tank.
